Labor Law and the Law on Obligations

On July 17, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, conducted the Basic Module training for professional associates and legal officers in the civil field on the topic “Labor Law and the Law of Obligations.”

The trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Valon Totaj, President of the Court of Appeal, and Mr. Adnan Konushevci, Judge at the Court of Appeal.

The purpose of this training was to advance participants’ knowledge regarding contracts and their interpretation, as well as judicial protection in disputes arising from employment relationships under the Labor Law.

The methodology applied was of a combined nature, including theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of this training were professional associates and legal officers from all courts of Kosovo – Civil Division.
