Module – Legal Cooperation in Criminal Matters

On May 2 and 5, 2025, within the framework of the Initial Training Program for the fourteenth generation of newly appointed judges, two theoretical training sessions were delivered under the module “Legal Cooperation in Criminal Matters.” These sessions form part of the “National and International Legal Order” curriculum and were conducted with the support of Mr. Gazmend Qitaku, Director of the Department for International Legal Cooperation at the Ministry of Justice.

The module covers the following topics: International legal cooperation in the Republic of Kosovo; The importance and role of international legal cooperation.

The training methodology was implemented through interactive learning and the analysis of practical case examples.

The beneficiaries of this training are 20 newly appointed judges for the 2025/2026 program year.
