Module: Administrative Law

During June 15–30 and on July 1, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program for newly appointed judges of the fourteenth generation, conducted a 10 session theoretical training from the module “Administrative Law” within the framework of the curriculum “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws.”

This module was delivered by the trainer of Ms. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This module covered the following topics:

  • The beginning of the administrative proceeding until the issuance of the administrative act;
  • The administrative act and legal remedies;
  • Initiation of the administrative conflict and the main hearing session;
  • The judgment and legal remedies in the administrative conflict;
  • The administrative proceeding until the issuance of the decision;
  • Legal remedies; Execution of administrative acts; Judicial procedures in cases of tax, customs, and procurement disputes.

The training methodology was based on interactive learning and practical case studies.

Beneficiaries of the training are 19 newly appointed judges, Generation XIV (2025/2026).
