On February 22, 2011, KJI organized a seminar regarding organized crime.
The learning objectives of this training were that the participants are able to distinguish the characteristics of organized crime, to develop the skills regarding the discovery and the punishment of these criminal offences and to assess what elements constitute the criminal offence of organized crime.
The topics that were addressed during this seminar were: understanding organized crime and its differences from co-perpetration and Criminal association, Organized Crime as a threat to the internal and external safety and the Financial Crime.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges and prosecutors from all the regions of Kosovo.
