On 14 June 2012, within the program for other professionals of the judicial and prosecutorial system implemented the third cycle of the module: professional associates on preliminary procedure and confirmation of the indictment.
Main objectives of this session were that at the end the participants will be able to:
• Know the basis of the pretrial procedure.
• Distinguish the criminal procedure principles in general and
• Understand the procedure of accusation and judicial hearing.
During this training were treated in detail the legal basis of the preliminary procedure, confirmation, principals of the criminal procedure in general and judgments.
During the second part of the training the participants had the opportunity that through working groups to demonstrate their knowledge in drafting judicial decisions with the special emphasis on initiation of the investigations and indictment.
Beneficiaries of this session were professional associates from courts and prosecution offices of Kosovo.
